Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and jewelry is stored in its signature Anna + Nina pouch.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your parcel, and ensure any old shipping labels are removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest designated courier point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
